Please read these terms carefully. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Luxe Pet Groom website and the grooming services we provide. By accessing this site or submitting a booking request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide pet grooming services for dogs and cats, including baths, haircuts, shampoo and conditioning, nail trimming, de-shedding, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and spa packages. Descriptions and starting prices on this site are for general information. The final price of a service depends on your pet's size, breed, coat condition and temperament, and will always be confirmed with you before any work begins.

2. Bookings & appointments

  • Submitting the online form is a request for an appointment, not a guaranteed booking. We will contact you by email to confirm availability and details.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting other pets' appointments.
  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Pet health & your responsibilities

  • You confirm that your pet is up to date on required vaccinations and will provide proof on request.
  • Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, bite history or behavioural concerns before the appointment.
  • For the safety of your pet and our team, we may decline or stop a service for pets that are aggressive, in distress, or have a condition that makes grooming unsafe.
  • If we discover a health concern (such as matting, parasites or skin issues), we will inform you and may recommend you consult a veterinarian.

4. Matting & special handling

Severely matted coats can hide skin problems and may require shaving rather than brushing, for the pet's comfort and safety. Additional time or special handling may incur extra charges, which we will discuss with you in advance.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods displayed at our salon. Prices are subject to change, but any change will be confirmed before your appointment.

6. Liability

We take great care with every pet. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Pet Groom is not liable for pre-existing conditions, reactions revealed during grooming, or outcomes arising from information you did not disclose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it. All content, branding and images on this site are owned by or licensed to Luxe Pet Groom and may not be copied without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
